Speaker bio
Kim M. Jackson
is a trial attorney and partner with the law firm of Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Jackson primarily handles claims involving professional liability, including claims against lawyers, professional licensing, insurance coverage and bad faith, and premises liability. He is a frequent speaker and writes about attorney liability, legal ethics, insurance coverage/bad faith litigation and civil litigation skills. Mr. Jackson graduated with his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, at Wabash College and earned his J.D. degree at the University of Kentucky School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Georgia, Kentucky and Texas. Mr. Jackson is a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, ABA Lawyers' Professional Liability Consortium, Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, the Professional Liability Underwriting Society, and the Atlanta Lawyers Club.
